Tyrone Ladell Goldsberry Sr.

PORT GIBSON, MS: Funeral services for Tyrone Ladell Goldsberry, Sr., 49, who died Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS, will be held at 2p.m., Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Springhill Baptist Church with Rev. Barry Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the church Cemetery with Thompson Funeral Home, Inc. of Port Gibson in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be Friday, from 1p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Thompson Funeral Home Chapel and Saturday, from 1p.m. until service time at the church. 

He was preceded in death by his father, James Goldsberry, Sr.

Mr. Goldsberry is survived by a son, Tyrone L. Goldsberry, Jr. of Port Gibson, MS; two daughters, Tambria Goldsberry and Tiara Goldsberry, both of Lorman, MS; his mother, Vera Hicks-Liggans of Port Gibson, MS; two sisters, Jacqueline Miller of Tx, and Cassandra Holmes-Williams of Port Gibson, MS; five brothers, Lonnie Buck of CA, Ronnie Buck of TX, James Goldsberry, Jr. and Jerry Goldsberry, both of Port Gibson, MS and Charles Holmes of Vicksburg, MS; three grandchildren, Aden Louie, Devontae Thomas, Jr. and Ty’She Goldsberry, all of Lorman, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
