French Griffin

ROXIE, MS:  Funeral services for French F.  ‘Goody Good’ Griffin, 68, who passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024, will be held at 12p.m., Saturday, May 25,  2024, at East Roxie Church of Christ in Roxie, MS with Rev. Isaac Tenner officiating.  Burial will be in Zion cemetery with Thompson Funeral Home of Port Gibson in charge of the arrangements.  Visitation will be Friday, from 1p.m. until 5p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home and Saturday, from 11a.m. until service time at the church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Alberta Griffin-Shell; and two brothers, Levi Shell and Amos Griffin.

Mr. Griffin is survived by a sister, Nora Griffin of Roxie, MS; nieces, Lawanda Griffin of Fayette, MS, Veronica Griffin of Roxie, MS, Sheri Anderson of Kirby, MS, Rhonda Griffin of McComb, MS and Tracy Griffin of Jasper County; two nephews, Kendall Griffin and Percy Griffin, both of McComb, MS and a host of other relatives and friends.
