Everleanea Brown Barron was born to the late Theola and Elula Johnson Brown on March 11, 1952 in Claremont, MS. She accepted Christ and was baptized at a young age. She moved back to Mississippi in approximately 2001 and later joined Greater Mt. Zion Church in Rodney, MS.
‘Everleanea is a graduate of Clarksdale High School Class of 1972 in Clarksdale, MS. She attended Xavier University in New Orleans, La but finished at Alcorn State University. She moved to Elkhart, Indiana in 1984 where she worked in the banking industry for many years. After relocating to Lorman, MS she begin working at Alcorn in 2003 and retired in 2020. She was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She loved her pink and green.
She made her peaceful transition to her heavenly home on Friday, April 1, 2022.
Everleana was preceded in death by her parents, Theola and Elula Johnson Brown; her sister, Dorothy Crawford and her niece, Tiffany ‘Nikki’ Barber.
Her memory is left to be cherished by her sisters, Betty (Mitchell Jr.) Williams of Lorman, MS, Lula (Homer) Frierson of Kansas City, MO; her brother, Avery Dale (Renaud) Brown of Midland, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
