Earnestine Beasley Jones Truitt

HERMANVILLE, MS : Memorial services for Earnestine Beasley Jones Truitt, 64,  who died Monday, August 8, at her resident, will be held at 2p.m.,  Sunday, September 4, 2022, at First Baptist Church in Hermanville, MS with Rev. Johnny Hughes officiating. Due to recent events affecting the nations, we ask that you take precautions; mask must be worn and will not be provided.

Mrs. Truitt was preceded in death by her mother, Alma Louston; her parents who adopted her, William B. Beasley and Helen Rodgers Beasley; her husband, Shawn Truitt; and a brother, Sammy Johnson.

She is survived by three daughters, Cheemeeka Harris of Hermanville, MS, Antwan Bethea of Bastrop, LA, and Laquinta Beasley of Hazlehurst, MS; two brothers, Charlie Greer, Sr. of New Orleans, LA and Tommy J. Johnson of Hermanville, MS; three sisters, Yvonne Gafeney of New Orleans, La, Shirley Funchess of Las Vegas, NV and Betty Banks of Port Gibson, MS; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
